NTPC’s Performance Review Meeting was held today under the Chairmanship of Shri R.K. Singh, Hon’ble Minister of Power and New & Renewable Energy at NTPC Corporate office, SCOPE Complex, New Delhi.

Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar, Hon’ble Minister of State for Power, Shri Alok Kumar, Secretary (Power), and other senior officials from Ministry of Power, Ministry of NRE were also present in the Review Meeting.

Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, NTPC along with Functional Directors and CFO highlighted performance and achievements of NTPC regarding, generation, capacity addition, MoU Achievement, financials, etc.

The performance and initiatives by NTPC were appreciated by Hon’ble MoP&NRE. Further, plans for future capacity additions, new business initiatives, global ventures, etc, and other issues regarding projects execution, coal mining, operations, commercial, etc were also discussed.

Shri R.K. Singh also visited Operations and Project Monitoring Centres’ at the SCOPE Office and interacted with Head of Projects on the occasion.
